1.Choose the products you want to return in “My Orders”, and request return.
Return any item you’ve purchased and have not used or worn,You must file a Return Request within 30 days of delivery.
2.Get authorization code and return address.
After submitting a Return Request, you can print your authorization code Label from your order page. Pack the item carefully using your own shipping materials and apply the label to the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.
3.Ship to ARTNINA.
Please drop off your item to any nearest post office or your local postal worker promptly and update your tracking number
4.Get your money after receive your returned package.
